Ways to notify LPPA of a death

There are different ways to notify us of a member’s death. Please select their scheme using the tabs below and choose the option that suits you.

Complete our notification form and email it to bereavements@localpensionspartnership.org.uk or return it to us via the online contact form. 

Use the Tell Us Once service available on the gov.uk website
Be sure to tick the LGPS tick box on the form or the details may not be passed on to LPPA.
