We’re thrilled to announce that the LPPA Helpdesk has been shortlisted for not one, but two UK National Contact Centre awards!
The team, which supports Members over the phone and via email, has been nominated for the Contact Centre of the Year award. Plus, Kerrie Chesters, the Helpdesk’s Team Leader, is up for the Team Manager of the Year award (Rising Star).
The annual awards, which are run by the CCMA (Call Centre Management Association), recognise inspiring individuals and teams across the UK contact centre industry.
Yvonne McKie, Pensions Administration Operations Manager of the Helpdesk, said: “I am absolutely over the moon we have been shortlisted for such highly-regarded awards – especially with all the challenges we’ve faced over the past 12 months. The team have been fantastic and these nominations are a credit to them. In particular, Kerrie has been an incredible Team Leader and is fully deserving of her Rising Star nomination. I couldn’t be prouder.”
The LPPA Helpdesk hopes to bring the awards home when the winners are announced in London later this year on Monday 27 September.
